What’s included
As a Resident Desk member at Weave, you’ll enjoy shared access to a range of facilities designed to make your working day smooth and enjoyable. These include our communal kitchen (equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and dishwasher), lounge and breakout areas, high-speed Wi-Fi, printers and scanners (with fair usage limits), secure cycle storage (where available), and washroom facilities. Meeting rooms can also be booked through the OfficeRnD app, subject to fair usage limits and a small additional charge.
Access
Standard access is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30am until 6:00pm. Resident Desk and Private Office members may request out-of-hours access, subject to security approval. On rare occasions, access hours may be adjusted for maintenance or safety reasons, but we’ll always provide notice in advance.
Community Guidelines
We want to maintain a professional, enjoyable environment for everyone. To help with this, please:
Keep your workspace tidy.
Be mindful of noise levels and avoid causing disruption.
Avoid displaying signage or branding without prior approval.
Only bring pets if you have written agreement from the Weave team.
Arrange any guest visits in advance and ensure they are signed in at Cotton Works Concierge.
Note that smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
Fair Use
To ensure all members benefit equally from our facilities:
Meeting rooms have capped booking hours (details are available in the OfficeRnD app).
Printing and scanning limits apply, with additional charges for overuse.
Wi-Fi and power usage should remain reasonable and must not disrupt others.
Payments
All payments are handled securely via the OfficeRnD app (card only, unless otherwise agreed). Fees are charged automatically seven days before the start of each month. Please make sure your payment details are kept up to date to avoid any interruptions to your membership or access.
