Day Pass, From £18
No contract, no commitment – just a desk for the day.
A Day Pass gets you a half day (4 hours, £18) or full day (8 hours, £36) at Weave, with high-speed Wi-Fi, a hot desk workspace, breakout areas, and access to The Three Mills Pub on site. It’s the easiest way to try Weave before joining, or to grab a professional base for a one-off meeting or deadline.
Good for: escaping the kitchen table for a day, client meetings, testing coworking before you commit.
Hot Desk - £125 +VAT a month
50 hours a month, use them whenever you need them.
The Hot Desk is Weave’s month-to-month membership, including 50 hours of access, no long-term contract, and a £100 deposit to join.
You’ll work from shared coworking areas with high-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, printing (fair use applies), and the option to book a meeting room when you need private space. Standard access runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-6pm.
Good for: freelancers, entrepreneurs and remote workers who want a regular base without being tied in.
Resident Desk - £250 +VAT a month
Your own desk, in the same spot, every day.
Unlike the Hot Desk, a Resident Desk is yours full-time on a 6-month term (£250 deposit). Set up once, leave your equipment, and come back to it daily. You get the same facilities as a Hot Desk member, plus the option to request out-of-hours access, subject to approval.
Good for: freelancers and small businesses who’ve outgrown hot desking and want consistency without the overheads of a private office.
Private Office, from £1,500 +VAT a month
A fully serviced, private space for your whole team.
Private Offices at Weave come in two sizes, for teams of 4 (£1,500 +VAT/month, £500 deposit) or teams of 6 (£2,300 +VAT/month, £1,000 deposit) on a 12-month term. Suites look out over The Brick Community Stadium and Padel Parx, and can be customised with your own branding and equipment (subject to terms).
Good for: SMEs and growing teams who need a private, lockable office without a traditional office lease.

Need a Meeting room, not a desk?
If you just need somewhere to meet, Weave’s Meeting Room hires from £20 an hour, seats up to 14 people, and includes a 50-inch screen for presentations, with catering available from The Three Mills next door.
All members can book it through OfficeRnD.
Every membership includes...
- High-speed, business-grade Wi-Fi
- Kitchen facilities (coffee machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
- Lounge and breakout areas
- Printing and scanning (fair use limits apply)
- Bookable meeting rooms via OfficeRnD
FAQs
Which membership should I choose if I'm not sure how often I'll come in?
Start with a Day Pass or a Hot Desk. A Day Pass has no commitment at all, and the Hot Desk’s 50 hours a month is month-to-month, so you’re never locked into a term while you work out how often you actually need a desk.
Can I move from a Hot Desk to a Resident Desk or Private Office later?
Yes, members regularly move up as their needs grow, from Hot Desk to Resident Desk to Private Office. Speak to the Weave team about switching and they’ll talk you through timing and any notice period on your current membership.
Do all memberships include meeting room access?
Yes. Every membership, Day Pass through to Private Office, can book Weave’s meeting room via OfficeRnD, subject to fair usage limits and a small additional charge.
What's the difference between a Hot Desk and a Resident Desk?
A Hot Desk gives you 50 hours a month to use flexibly at any available desk, on a month-to-month basis. A Resident Desk is a single desk that’s yours full-time, on a 6-month term. You keep the same spot and can leave equipment set up.
Is a deposit required for every membership?
Yes, deposits scale with the membership. £100 for a Hot Desk, £250 for a Resident Desk, and £500–£1,000 for a Private Office depending on size. Day Passes don’t require a deposit.
Can I try Weave before committing to a membership?
Yes. A Day Pass is the easiest way to try the space with no commitment, or you can book a tour to see Weave in person before choosing a membership.
